RedCup’s 2/27 College Basketball Picks Against The Spread
ATS This Season: 10-8-1
“It’s not how we fall. It’s how we get back up again.”
― Patrick Ness, Monsters of Men
Last night was rough. After a scorching 10-5-1 run, we crashed an burned at 0-3. Virginia Tech turned into the Harlem Globe Trotters and Ethan Happ can’t hit a free throw. Normally I review the games, but I’m no longer looking into the past. Lets look towards the future. The bad mojo is out and we’re back to winning. I’m smelling a 3-0 night. Lets Go. 2/27 Picks:
Georgia Tech -18.5 @ Virginia
Virginia is worlds better than Georgia Tech, but fortunately for us they play at about 3 MPH. Unless Virginia holds them to under 50, and lights them up offensively, 18.5 just won’t hit. GT won’t win, but keeping it within 10 isn’t out of the question.
The Pick: GA Tech -18.5
Tennessee @ Ole Miss +5.5
Nobody is talking about Ole Miss this year, they are quietly at 9-5 in SEC play and boast an elite scorer in Breein Tyree. Tennessee got embarrassed by Kentucky and lost a close one to LSU without Waters. Ole Miss has a good chance to win and a great fantastic chance to cover.
The Pick: Ole Miss +5.5
Oklahoma State @ Texas Tech -14.5
TTU has been absolutely murdering Big 12 teams of late and could win by 20+ over a terrible OKST team. They won by 28 in Oklahoma State and on paper would do better in Lubbock.
The Pick: TTU -14.5
