After Leading Marquette to Another Big Win Over Villanova, Markus Howard Keeps Flying Under the Radar
If you are not on the Markus Howard hype train, I’d go ahead and get on it. Howard is just coming off a huge 38 point performance and leading his team to a huge win over the defending champions Villanova. This is not the only time Howard has went off against a ranked opponent this year. Howard had 45 points against Kansas State, 27 points versus Wisconsin, another 45 point performance against Buffalo, and a 53 point game versus Creighton this year.
Howard and Marquette still has a lot of work to do. As the Golden Eagles will need another loss from Villanova or beat the Wildcats again in their matchup up on February 21st to get 1st seed in the Big East. It’s safe to say though that as long the Golden Eagles have Markus Howard on their team, they will be contenders for a National Championship.
