Duke Beats Texas Tech 69-58 to Hand Red Raiders First Loss of Season
No.12 Texas Tech (10-1) had complete control of the game as the Red Raiders held the Blue Devils to 28 points at the end of the first half and had a 38-31 lead with around 16:00 minutes left in the game. This is when the Blue Devils turned it on, Duke went on a 20-5 run to end the game. Which sparked the Blue Devils to a 69-58 win over Texas Tech.
Duke won this game despite horrible games from R.J. Barrett (7-22 from the field) and Cam Reddish (1-7 from the field).
Jarrett Culver had an amazing game for Texas Tech scoring 25 points with 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Besides that their was not much offense for Texas Tech as the second highest scorer on the Red Raider’s team scored seven points.

Jones had a complete game for Duke as he scored 13 points with five rebounds, five assists and six steals. Jones kept the Blue Devils in the game as his crucial defense helped create points off turnovers for Duke.
