The Razorbacks will be Back, but Chad Morris Needs Time

     Arkansas is at the very bottom of the SEC and they appear to have no chance to getting back to a Bowl Game, and Razorback fans are panicking. After the hiring of SMU Head Coach, Chad Morris, Arkansas fans were energized and excited! Unfortunately, all of that evaporated after a gut-wrenching loss to Colorado State followed by an abysmal 44-17 blowout loss to North Texas. Last week, the Auburn-Arkansas game was closer than almost everyone expected, as Arkansas only lost by 31. So yeah, the situation in Fayetteville is a mess, but it can be fixed. 

    Arkansas fans need to know this. Bret Bielema and Chad Morris couldn’t be much more different, Bielema wanted to recruit large offensive linemen and run the ball up their opponents throats, while Morris wants fit offensive lineman that can run more plays. It is going to take a couple recruiting cycles before Morris even gets the players that fit his type of offense. So, what Razorback fans need to get from this is to be patient and there will be some growing pains. However, right now Chad Morris is your guy and he needs time to establish Arkansas and turn them into a contender. Not only that, but your recruiting classes are looking better than ever! My money is definitely on Chad Morris fixing this once proud program, the only question left is when.
