Very good form on his jumper and has shown flashes of being a consistent shooter.
Can guard multiple positions. Has tools to be very good defender.

Very raw. 1-2 years away.
Little offensive polish. Averaged only 7.8 PPG last season.

Gifted athletes with great handles and slashing abilities. Use great footwork and length to get easy looks at the hoop. Can stretch the floor a bit, but inconsistent. Defensively they have the tools to be elite.

Washington plays a fast paced game and Doumbouya could thrive in a full court offense. He would be able to rely on his athleticism and defense early on and develop his skills along the way. Wizards are pretty shallow in the and could use a developmental guy with upside at 9.
Charlotte at 12:
Charlotte will be looking for a home run prospect to build a team around and Doumbouya could be that guy. He would get a chance to play major minutes without a lot of stress to win Day 1 similarly to how Giannis came up on the Bucks.
